I have a GREAT IDEA

Ideas are only as good as having the faith to take the first step to pursue them.

Many of us have ideas, and perhaps we have become professionals at giving our narrative. We are busy planning strategies, and mapping out all the steps, until our strategies willor have become obsolete.

One of the things that came out during the Kigali Leadership Summit, was the need to act fast: “It is no longer BIG that will overtake SMALL. It is FAST that will overtake SLOW.”

Once you have figured out what you are wired to do, and have those ideas flashing, get them into motion.

Truth be told, you can never have it all figured out, and hey, like we were told, “by the time you are done, you might not even recognize your idea!”

So, given that however beautiful you try to make your plan turn out, there are higher chances things will change, why not hit the road running.

Do you know in IT for instance, if a student is studying for four years, by the time they are mid way their second year, whatever they learnt is obsolete? Well this is not my observation. It is an example Julian Kyula, Kenya’s serial entrepreneur pulled out to drive the point home.

If you are reading this, and there is an idea in your mind, please, do something about it today. Perhaps that will be the best thing that happens to you that you read this post today.
